Higher Bolenna has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a first-floor sitting room, a games room, a king-size bedroom, a double, a twin, a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two Smart TVs, a selection of books and a pool table. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with several decked areas with furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.4 miles and a beach in 0.5 miles. Enjoy Cornwall's coastline from Higher Bolenna. Note: There are steps throughout the garden; please take care. Note: This property only accepts children over 10 years old.
