We love the easy access from house to beach, restaurants, tennis courts, putting green and shops. The house is well appointed with quality furnishings and kitchen equipment . Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children.

Location absolutely amazing for beach and also Sidmouth town. Windows double glazed so no 4am waking from the seagulls! Loved the 1st floor living room - very cosy. Really lovely house for grandparents, parents and children.
