Cozy and nicely decorated maisonette, adjoining the owners'. with pool on site to share.
Well located in the city center of Jurançon (all amenities on foot), 5 minutes south of Pau (Château Henri IV).
Equipped kitchen area (hotplates with 2 ceramic hobs, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
Lounge area (TV, WIFI connection). Dining area opening onto terrace (awning) and garden.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160). Shower room/wc.
Beds made for your arrival, towels included.
Unheated swimming pool, salt, dimensions 3.75 m x 7.30 m flat bottom 1.50 m.
Swimming hours from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (from June to September depending on the weather). Bathing of children under parental supervision.
Electric heating in addition (meter reading).
Private enclosed garden 200 m2, private terrace under electric awning, garden furniture, barbecue.
Ping-pong, badminton rackets and net. Board games.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte du soleil ou nos hôtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Ce gîte est parfait, tout y est prévu pour y passer de bons moments au calme avec un jardin privatif. Nous recommandons ce gîte très bien situé dans une rue calme de Jurançon.

Ce gîte est conforme à la description ; les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour nous surtout pour les visites, on ne peut pas oublier çà. La piscine a été un atout majeur en pleine canicule. Il y a tout à porter de main dans le coin : boulangerie, intermarché, le marché le vendredi matin

Excellent séjour dans les Pyrénées. La location est idéalement placée pour découvrir la région de Pau, elle est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et disponible ( avec en plus une bouteille de Jurançon pour vous accueillir !).Bref je recommande vivement cette location.
