Head up the stairs to the first floor and find a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, perfect for creating delicious meals, before tucking in over a cold glass of bubbly.
On this floor, there is also a beautifully-decorated sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, where you can unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine after a day of walking in the fells.
An additional snug provides a tranquil spot to get lost in a good book or simply admire the magnificent views from the picture window. Venture out to the enclosed rear garden, perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the last of the sun’s rays amongst scenic surroundings.
When sleep calls, indulge a long soak or revitalising shower in the sleek family bathroom before completing your evening routine.

Grey Walls is set over three floors and consists of a first-floor kitchen equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher, a first-floor dining room with seating for nine guests, a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a first-floor snug, there is also an additional fridge and freezer on the ground floor. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with TV, a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with TV, a small second-floor double and a second-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Grey Walls is a wonderful escape for your next holiday in Cumbria. Note: The steps up to the first floor are quite steep. Note: The small double is only suitable for one guest.
