The first-floor double bedroom features an en-suite washroom, while the ground floor boasts an open-plan dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and a south-facing terrace.
Pet-friendly, guests can bring a well-behaved four-legged friend at no extra cost. The cottage's charm extends to its sitting-out area with a south-facing terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
Guests enjoy provided linen and towels, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The open space downstairs features armchairs and a Freeview TV for cozy nights.

Really warm welcome to a very well maintained collection of cottages, the accommodation it’s self was clean, functional the sofa was small and needed replacing but having the hot tub and such a peaceful few days was a real treat.Overall I would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful weekend in "Holly". Easy to find, clean, well equipped, welcome gift of prosecco, comfy bed, amazing hot tub.
Good communication from the host before we arrived, and friendly meet and greet when we arrived.
Peaceful and private.
Only a few minutes drive to Bovey Tracey where there's agreat Chinese takeaway, and a few pubs.
We'll definately stay there again.

Loved the pool and hot tub but we weren't allowed guests even thou the accommodation was for 6 people, and we were a family of four. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
