Welcome to the paradisiacal Villa Vittoria in Coccorino, Calabria!
This astonishing villa with 5-bedroom with tv and air conditioning , is a true gem near the picturesque resorts of Capo Vaticano and Tropea.Only 300 metres from the beach of Coccorino, it not only boasts an ideal location, but also offers a world of luxury and comfort.
Starting with the villa's outdoor area with a saltwater swimming pool (5 x 9 m) and a terrace overlooking the sea and the Aeolian islands.
The exterior and interior of the house are meticulously designed. The modern kitchen has an open design that makes the space generous and cosy.
Equipment includes an oven, a microwave oven, a mixer for preparing pasta and pizza, a long coffee machine and a traditional coffee machine. The living and dining area has a sofa and a large-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa The kitchen, dining room and living room are 100 square metres in size. Please note: There is a secondary railway line located in front of the house, used by a quiet regional train that passes approximately 4–5 times a day, only during the day. It is not visible from the terrace and does not disturb the peaceful surroundings On the ground floor is the laundry room and the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms share a bathroom while the suite has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The upper floor is accessed by an impressive external staircase leading to the second floor. The upper flat is done in a wooden style that extends throughout the floor.
Entering, on the right you will find another bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
To the left you will discover two more guest bedrooms with various storage possibilities. In the centre of the flat a spacious kitchen with an extendable table awaits you. The 5 bedrooms are equipped with TVs in each room . The kitchen is fully equipped . From the kitchen you will access the extraordinary terrace, which measures more than 90 square metres.
Here you will find four sun loungers, two small and one large sunshade.
A comfortable lounge area invites you to relax under the Calabrian sun. The view from the terrace is simply magical.
In the evening, you can lie back on the sun loungers and gaze at the open sky while admiring the shooting stars, even the nearby local railway does not compromise the peaceful atmosphere: trains pass only occasionally and quietly, ensuring the villa remains a haven of relaxation. Important: There is a railway line in front of the road leading to the villa. The passing trains do not disturb the peace and quiet of the area.
