Mulberry Tree consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining space for two and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and roadside parking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub, and a river, and within 2.1 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request. For an idyllic romantic escape to Devon, choose Mulberry Tree. Note: No parking with this property but on road and a chargeable public car park close by. Please Note: this property can only accept bookings starting on a Monday or Friday.
