Duplex apartment, it offers the comfort of an equipped kitchen open to the dining room-living room and an office space. On the mezzanine, there is a bright bedroom with two roof windows and the bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

A mini-laundry is available to guests in the lobby of the building, equipped with washing machines and dryers.
Luggage storage is available in the building to allow you to leave your belongings (bags only, suitcases will not fit).

## Neighborhood

A true link between the center and the west of Bordeaux, the Saint Augustin - Tauzin - Alphonse Dupeux district is home to the Chaban-Delmas stadium and the University Hospital Center, the region's leading employer.

Residential area on a quiet street, a few steps from the city center.
The famous Place Pey Berland is 850 mt, approximately ten minutes on foot from VILLA ERIZIO. The old town, Saint Michel, Place de la Victoire are about 20 minutes away on foot.

La Choupinette is a small neighborhood bistro, open only at midday. A menu at €13.50 is offered every day, as well as a few à la carte dishes.

2. The 428:
Small restaurant a few steps from VILLA ERIZIO. Inventive and high quality cuisine. Very original formula, the menu changes every week. The chef offers 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts, only the ingredients are listed on the board. Very good value for money. At lunchtime a starter+main course or main course+dessert menu for €16. We advise you to book in advance. Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.

3. Le Chicoula Bistrot d’art:
Small gourmet restaurant, sophisticated and refined cuisine. Discovery Menu at €34 consisting of a starter, 2 main courses (meat and fish) and dessert. Lunch offers a menu for €20 Starter + main course or Main course + dessert. We advise you to book in advance. Open from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening.

- Tourist place :

1. Place Pey Berland
Only 10 feet from VILLA ERIZIO.
In this square you will find the Rohan palace which houses the Bordeaux town hall, the Saint André cathedral and the Pey Berland tower. The Pey Berland Tower is the most visited historical monument in Bordeaux. Built between 1440 and 1446, on the top floor the tower allows you to dominate the city and offer a unique view of Bordeaux. However, you should not be afraid of climbing 231 steps.

- Shopping:

1. 118 Rue Sainte-Catherine:
Rue Sainte-Catherine is the most commercial street in Bordeaux. For shopping, nothing better than strolling down this street towards the Place de la Place de la Comédie. Rue Sainte-Catherine is just a 15-minute walk from VILLA ERIZIO.
