No.1 is a great studio apartment, perfectly situated near the harbour in St Mawes and ideally positioned for exploring the Roseland Peninsula.
The booking process was easy and the owner was extremely helpful
I had a lovely last minute 5 day break there and look forward to returning again.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here. It has everything you could need and is in the most perfect location. It’s on the smaller side but exactly as described and perfect for short stays. We extended our stay! The owner was so kind in allowing us to check in slightly earlier than the stipulated time. A wonderful stay- well definitely be back. Thank you so much.

No1 is compact but fully equipped suitable for 2 guests.
It's only a few minutes walk down to the harbour front, cafes and shops.
It would benefit from a dining table. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a query. I would recommend it for a short stay.
