Ty Melyn sits with its gable end to the lane which means that what was once the stable yard is now a private and sunny, south facing courtyard garden.
Bamboo hedging creates outside 'rooms' and a bistro set, parasol and comfortable outside sofa's make enjoying the space easy. From the courtyard, a stable door leads into the kitchen and a glazed door into the sitting room; sea air and sunlight fill the house.
The two bedrooms upstairs are also bright and sunny and as equally well-appointed and carefully furnished as downstairs.
Both have sea views but the best sea view is to be had from the claw footed slipper bath in the bathroom window!

Once upon a time, Ty Melyn provided stabling for a nearby house, now its a perfectly formed Bolthole, tucked away on a quiet lane within a hundred yards of the beach in beautiful Beaumaris.
