The Garden Room Rutland is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Explore the sights and local attractions of the rural Rutland village of Pickworth and the beautiful surround areas including the stunning historic towns of Stamford and Oakham (approx 12 minutes) - also on the doorstep is Rutland Water, Burghley House and 50 Rutland and Lincolnshire villages to explore...there is so much to see and do here. As a self-catering accommodation, all areas are totally private, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a combination microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer and a slow cooker. The Garden Room is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. The Garden Room is accessed through a gate and brings you into a private courtyard garden with seating areas to enhance your stay.
Then entering through bifold doors into The Garden Room accommodation. There is one bedroom in The Garden Room which contains a extremely comfortable king size bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Enjoyment of this beautiful countryside can be done by motor vehicle, bicycle (2 bike rack provided) and walking. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - No Pets allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

I struggled to find it in the dark. There are 3 x 2 The drifts around Stamford . More detailed direction would have been wonderful . The accomodation was warm comfortable and had everything you needed and the hosts although busy were delightful.

Nice touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. The Garden Room had everything that we needed to make it a very comfortable stay.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything you need for a few days away. Bathroom shower was amazing.
Too chilly to sit outside, but lovely outlook with the field and horses behind.
Kate and John, (the hosts), are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
There is nothing negative we can say about this place.
