Between Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille, 23m2 furnished flat with separate bedroom, located on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard.
Particularly quiet and well-equipped, it is fitted out and furnished as it should be for your stays of a month or more.
DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDIO:
The accommodation is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs to climb, please take into account all the same the few small steps at the entrance to the building.
This small flat can officially accommodate up to 4 people but we still recommend 2 for greater comfort and privacy.
In addition to the small bedroom on the right (bed = 14/200cm in alcove), you will find in the small lounge / dining room on the left, a sofa bed / sofa bed (140/200cm).
You will also find a samsung flat screen television (32 inches) with decoder, dvd player and wifi, coffee table for your meals and finally a small kitchenette fully equipped with conventional oven, microwave, ceramic hob 2 burners and fridge / freezer.
There is also access to the small shower room with walk-in shower and wc.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The Rue des Tournelles is a very long street that starts on the Rue St Antoine at the foot of the Place de la Bastille and ends on the Bvd Beaumarchais.
There are many restaurants and other shops in and around the Rue des Tournelles.
Le bistrot d'Antoine is a regular haunt for a café croissant, a quick lunch or an evening drink on the terrace.
La Cave St Gilles is a Spanish bodega located on the right-hand side of the building. Good relaxed atmosphere, Spanish menu, and friendly staff.
You'll love this area, which is one of the liveliest in the capital.
GETTING AROUND:
Métro bastille, line 1, 5 , 8
Numerous buses including 86 & 87 which will take you to St Germain des prés for example.
Taxi station at Place de la Bastille.
IMPORTANT AND TO BE NOTED:
To finalise your reservation, a lease (from 1 to 10 months) must be signed before your arrival, in French and by electronic signature.
In order to draw up the lease correctly, you must send the following documents to the email address contact@dthomasrealestate.com;
- ID document.
- Proof of your main residence.
In addition, you must take out rental risk and damage insurance.

-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.

We ask you to respect the appointment time you have given us. Please feel free to arrive a little ahead of schedule. If you arrive later than the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you.
An alternative appointment time will have to be arranged and you will be charged €30.
Thank you for your understanding and please do not hesitate to ask any further questions.
A fee of 50€ for arrival on 24 & 31 December after 6pm and on 25 December & 1 January to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque (against receipt).
If you lose the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning/laundry package included in your booking
We provide professionally-treated linen, prepare the flat for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of your stay.
Leaving instructions before handing over the keys
1. Collect dirty towels & tea towels
2. Dispose of rubbish
3. Wash dishes
4. Do not throw away unused food. It can be used by the following travellers.
