The accommodation is located in the versatile L' Ultima Spiaggia resort in Sardinia.

The resort is only a few meters away from the gently sloping sandy beach, which is ideal for families with small children.

In the resort, you will find a beautiful pool area, inviting both young and old to splash around together.

Restaurants, various sports facilities, playgrounds, and much more are also available to guests.

A team of experienced animators ensures unforgettable holiday moments for the whole family.

Public barbecue areas and a launderette are also available.

WiFi is available within the resort. The bright and modernly furnished "Happy Relax" mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including at least 1 child up to a maximum of 12 years old/60 kg).

The accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed.

In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space.

The well-equipped kitchenette is also located in the living area and features a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers or 2 deck chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children can let off steam on the playground or at the pool and make new friends with children from all over the world.

A barbecue area is available in the resort.

Air conditioning is available.

Half-board or full-board can also be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum stay duration for your desired season. Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure on the previous day is also possible here.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH Guests have access to a beautiful and gently sloping beach, ideal for families with small children who enjoy splashing and playing in the shallow water.

The beach is largely public, allowing you to comfortably set up on the warm sand.

For the more action-oriented guests, various sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing, and diving are offered on the beach.

Those who wish to explore the wonderful coves around the resort can take a boat trip and discover many beautiful beaches. POOL The beautiful pool area invites the whole family to enjoy, play, and dive together! The different pools are playfully connected by small rocks and waterfalls, making the resort even more exciting for children and giving adults the feeling of being in the tropics.

There are many plants, trees, and sunbathing lawns around the pool area.

For a quick snack, you can grab a bite or a refreshing drink at the pool bar.

For athletes, various water sports courses are offered by the animators. FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday village offers a Mini- and Baby-Club.

The animation team organizes workshops, group activities, sports tournaments, theme parties, and themed evenings for children and adults daily.

The team also organizes fun and entertaining evenings, dances, disco, and evening shows.

You and your children will have the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

There is a nice playground in the resort where your little ones can play carefree. SHOPPING The holiday resort has a supermarket where you can find fresh groceries as well as a selection of daily necessities.

In just a few kilometers, there are further shopping opportunities that invite you for a stroll. BOARD The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas stove, cutlery, dishes, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.

A delicious restaurant where you can enjoy Sardinian specialties is also located within the resort.

You can of course also take advantage of half-board or full-board.

You are welcome to book this on-site (advance booking is not necessary). PETS One pet weighing a maximum of 30 kg is welcome upon registration at the time of booking.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 Euros if a dog is brought along.

If everything is in order upon departure, the customer will receive 100 Euros of the deposit back, and 20 Euros will be retained for extra cleaning. SPECIAL FEATURES The final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided.

The accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at 40 Euros.

High chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking if desired or must be notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
