The well-maintained 4-star holiday village, The Garda Village, is located directly on Lake Garda with its own private beach in the very popular resort of Sirmione.
The resort offers all amenities for a pleasant family holiday.
Guests have access to several pools (adult pool, children's pool, jacuzzi/whirlpool, and a lazy river) as well as a restaurant, bar, playground, entertainment, mini-club, tennis court, mini-golf course, mini-market, and many other services.
The center of Sirmione is approximately 3km away, and the shopping center is reachable within 1km.
A stay in this holiday village can be combined very well with a visit to one of the many theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, or the Caneva water park. The beautiful, modern Maxicaravan Deluxe mobile home, built in 2019, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.
In the living room, you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, an Italian espresso maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Additionally, adjacent to the master bedroom, there is a separate toilet with a sink.
The covered patio with table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably, while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Satellite TV and air conditioning are available.
Lockers for valuables can be used free of charge at the reception.
Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 1.5 hours.

This beach is within a short walking distance.
As the beach has a shallow slope, it is ideal for families with small children.
You will find a kiosk/bar by the lake for a snack or an ice cream.
It is possible to rent sailing, motor, and pedal boats and to register at the surf school.
POOL The holiday village boasts well-maintained pool facilities.
The wonderfully refreshing water invites young and old to swim, bathe, and splash around.
An adult pool, a children's pool with various water games, a whirlpool/jacuzzi, and a lazy river are available to guests.
Poolside, you will find sunshades and loungers, which you can use free of charge.
FAMILY FRIENDLY The entertainment team ensures plenty of fun for all ages from Sunday to Friday.
Various games and activities for children and teenagers are offered in the Mini, Junior, and Teen Clubs.
A separate playground and a play room await the little guests.
A team of professional animators is available to entertain your children with games and sports activities such as football, basketball, beach volleyball, and archery.
Every week, the entertainment team organizes a performance in which all children can participate.
In the evenings, there is a daily mini-disco and various entertainment shows.
LEISURE AND SPORT Look forward to sports facilities such as a mini-golf course, tennis and football courts, and an archery range.
Canoes, motorboats, jet skis, and pedal boats can be rented.

Shopping facilities are also in close proximity.

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The old town of Sirmione can be reached in just 3 km.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Sirmione is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The mainland juts out narrowly and long for 4 kilometers into Lake Garda, making the much-visited town, in the truest sense of the word, the crowning jewel of the southern Lake Garda shore. Next to the only bridge, a beautiful water castle towers, and the colorful, romantically winding old town will make your holiday a dream. North of the old town, the tip of the peninsula invites you for an idyllic walk with a charming lake view. Visit the "Grottoes of Catullus," the ruins of one of the largest Roman villas at the end of the cypress and olive groves, or enjoy a stay in one of the modern thermal baths. Since Roman times, Sirmione has been an important spa town thanks to the sulfurous Boiola thermal spring, which emerges from the floor of Lake Garda next to the peninsula. In the Lugana district, a small, manageable weekly market with excellent food stalls and outstanding regional products from small farms takes place every Friday. In Colombare di Sirmione, you can stroll through the market on Mondays. In just 45 minutes by car, you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-famous Arena with open-air performances. By train, you can even get to Verona in just 20 minutes. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping spree. Even picturesque Venice is easily reachable from Desenzano. A drive around Lake Garda is always an experience. However, holidaymakers seeking tranquility will also find plenty to enjoy in the Desenzano area. The beautiful, typically Lombard town of Lonato is located about six kilometers west of Desenzano. It boasts a magnificent Baroque cathedral with a powerful dome and a towering city tower. From the castle ruins "Rocca," located on a hill overlooking the striking historical town center, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the moraine hill landscape to the lake. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a white-water ride to a fairy-tale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking trail, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

ziemlich hellhörig und für mehr als 2 Personen aus meiner Sicht nicht geeignet !
Wir waren zu dritt. Für 4 Personen viel zu klein !

Eine Info vorab, dass man eine Badekappe fürs Schwimmbad braucht, hätte mich gefreut :). Sonst war alles i.O.
Schönes großes Mobilheim mit fast allem ,was man braucht .

Die Ferienanlage ist toll,mit einer schönen Poolanlage und Nähe zum See.Unser Mobilheim war sauber , klimatisiert und groß.Animation für kleine Kinder ist niedlich gemacht.Supermärkte auch fußläufig erreichbar ca .500 Meter.Der See ist schön und ein freundlicher SUP Verleih vorhanden.Reception in vielen Sprachen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mobilheim etwas in die Jahre gekommen ein paar Schränke defekt.Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine,wie man es in Deutschland gewohnt ist.Minigolfplatz macht leider wenig Spaß,da die Bälle viel zu leicht sind und die Bahn zu schwer.Der kleine Zug der durch den Park fährt kostet extra Geld,was meiner Meinung...
