This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Sabbiadoro holiday complex in the village of the same name, Sabbiadoro, a very popular holiday destination for many families.
The holiday village is only 250 meters from the sea with its own sandy beach, making it ideal for families.
The wonderful, spacious swimming pool complex has a large children's pool equipped with water slides and a swimming pool for swimmers, as well as a heated, covered pool where your children can have fun. In the holiday village, there is a mini-club/animation for children and a Young Club, as well as an entertainment program for adults, a great playground, a wide variety of sports, and a self-service restaurant, a supermarket, and a tobacco and newspaper shop.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available for holiday guests.
The lively town center of Sabbiadoro with its many restaurants, boutiques, amusement parks, and much more can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The accommodation for a maximum of 3 people (if occupied by 3 people, the third person must not be older than 12 years) consists of one bedroom with two single beds.
The 3rd bed is created by lowering the table in the living area (the bed measures approx. 170 cm). The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes dishes, cutlery, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
The patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax.
Grilling is allowed.
Driving time from the Italian border is approx. 4 hours.

However, the booking period/rental price specified remains unchanged. BEACH The sandy beach, located within easy walking distance, is exclusively for users of the holiday complex.
It is partially equipped with loungers and umbrellas, but you can also bring your own chairs.
The wide, gently sloping, golden sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.
Water sports facilities are available to guests: windsurfing, kite surfing, and canoeing.
Various animations also take place on the beach.
The ideal place to relax with a sunbath or dedicate yourself to one of the many sports activities.
A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the Sabbiadoro bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly delicious selection.
On the beach, walkways to the coastline ensure access with strollers.
Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. POOL Our holiday guests have five different pools at their disposal, as well as a large sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas.
For the little ones, there are two large, beautiful children's paddling pools with water features and a water slide, one of which is covered and heated.
For the grown-ups, there is a semi-Olympic swimming pool.
The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests. FAMILY FRIENDLY A group of experienced, multilingual animators will gently liven up your stay.
Whether playing football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, or water aerobics, you certainly won't get bored.
There is a mini-club for children aged 3 to 10, and a Young Club for older children up to 14, ensuring age-appropriate care by our animators.
Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening shows.
Exciting, unique entertainment awaits you every evening. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit even on vacation, there is plenty of choice: windsurfing, kite surfing, or table tennis.
In addition, you will find: a tennis court, horseback riding facilities, and mini-golf within a kilometer's distance (for a fee). Furthermore, our animation team will motivate you to participate in water aerobics and water polo.
Pedal boats and canoes can be rented on the beach.
Bicycle rental is also available. SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery store where you can find fresh groceries as well as a wide selection of everyday items. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The holiday complex is within easy walking distance and is therefore ideal for families with young children (the beach is also easily accessible with a stroller). You can also reach the city center in just a few minutes.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
This part of Lignano Sabbiadoro is more in the city center. This means everything you need is within walking distance. Here you will find restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in the city, and discos to suit every taste. On the 5km long shopping street, you are sure to find great clothes and small items. In just a few minutes you can reach the two theme parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family. Nevertheless, the nature around Sabbiadoro should not be forgotten! Sabbiadoro is known not least for its 8km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the blue flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful walking and cycling paths also provide recreation and relaxation. If you like harbors, you've come to the right place! There are several harbors here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the local and wider area. If you want to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let yourself be enchanted by a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark's Square and the famous Doge's Palace. If you just want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water heated to 52 degrees bubbles up from a depth of 500 meters. Those who prefer something wilder can visit the theme park Aquasplash in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. For smaller children, the 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. You will find restaurants, bars, and discos on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoiled here! Numerous churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or during a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants, and waters will delight you with their absolute and untouched beauty!
