Chalet Tonieta is a spacious Mediterranean-style holiday villa with a total capacity for up to 12 people, ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to share their vacation while maintaining some independence.
The property consists of two independent houses, each accommodating 6 people, sharing a magnificent 15-meter swimming pool and extensive outdoor areas. Updates for March 2026: We are redecorating the interior with decorative enhancements and updated furnishings for a more modern style than what is shown in the photos. Located in a privileged setting, the chalet offers pleasant mountain views and is just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç, known for their crystal-clear waters and spectacular natural landscape. Upon arrival, the villa features a spacious front terrace shared by both houses, equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for starting the day with an outdoor breakfast or relaxing in the afternoon with a glass of local wine while enjoying the views. Each of the houses has three comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with single beds and a master bedroom with a double bed.
Additionally, each dwelling has two full bathrooms with showers, providing comfort and functionality for all guests. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, available 24 hours a day to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. The homes feature a cozy living-dining room with a dining area and comfortable sofas to relax after a day at the beach.
Both houses are equipped with Smart TVs and offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The kitchens, open to the living room, are fully equipped and offer all the necessary facilities for comfortable cooking during your vacation, allowing you to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners with local produce. At the rear of the villa is the impressive 15-meter long swimming pool, ideal for swimming, cooling off, or sharing moments as a group.
This area also has tables that allow for outdoor meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
The villa also offers a built-in barbecue, perfect for organizing pleasant gatherings with company. Finns inte mycket att klaga på. Var helt perfekt för oss och det är precis som förväntningarna. Poolen är guld värd och perfekt hus för ett större sällskap som vill bo i en otroligt fin by. Med fina hus runtomkring.
Något hårda sängar, och att utbudet på restauranger och mataffärer kräver bil i maj månad, men vi förväntade oss inte mer, så mer att tänka på. :)

Das Haus mit der Aufteilung der Räume, der Pool. Die Lage in Cala Sant Vicenc, ruhig gelegen.
Die Bäder, das Mobiliar, die Küchenausstattung(diese war zusammengesucht und unvollständig für die angegebene Personenzahl) Die Pfannen und Töpfe aus vergangener Zeit. Insgesamt benötigt die Villa mit ihrer Ausstattung eine Überholung im weitesten Sinne.
