It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². The accommodation comprises - A 43 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided) - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: a pull-out bed (sleeps two) - Bathroom with bath - Bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs Outside : - A private (unheated) 11x5m swimming pool, open from 1 June to 30 September and secured by an alarm (opening dates non-contractual) - A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A lovely 2,000 m² private, fully enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Les Gorges du Verdon 1h20 away by car - Fréjus 1h20 away by car - Hiking - Water sports: kayaking, pedalos, electric boats, rafting, hiking... - Visits to vineyards Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence 90 km away (about 1h10 by car) - Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 100 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes by car). A car is recommended to fully enjoy the region. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is functional and the first flare of wood is free. - Fibre is available in the accommodation. - Pets accepted free of charge.
