The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilets, a closed kitchen, a living-dining room with a television and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and washing machine.

The neighborhood The very quiet neighborhood offers the possibility to reach the beach, restaurants, and shops on foot in about ten minutes.
The port of Villefranche is 1km away. Getting around Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take the tram from Nice Airport to the Port of Nice.
Then, from the port, you can take bus number 15 and get off at Octroi, then walk 450m. This journey takes 1 hour, and you can use the same ticket for both the tram and the bus. You can also ask us to arrange a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment. You can also access the apartment by car and park in the residence's guest parking. IMPORTANT - HOUSE RULES: For security reasons, prior to arrival, an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application, where the reservation holder will need to provide their identification. The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the security deposit or cancellation of the stay. This was a beautiful property with a big pool, stunning views and tennis court. It was a 5 mins walk to downtown Villefranche and 10 minutes to the marina. The apartment has everything you need. I do recommend adding air conditioning since it does get very hot.

Notre séjour aurait pu nous laisser un très bon souvenir s il n y avait pas eu :marteaux piqueurs et perceuse béton dès 9h00 le matin 6 jours sur 7 .De plus il est regrettable que l annonce ne signale pas que la résidence est située entre deux rues très passantes..
Pour le ménage : peux mieux faire !!
