Kommunikation mit der Vermietung über Mail/WhatsApp. Hatten eine Beschwerde, wurde direkt eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes grosses Appartement
Die Appartments der Anlage waren alle unterschiedlich. Die Beschreibung bei der Buchung wurde aber verallgemeinert.
Man sollte wohl schon wissen wenn man bucht wie das Appartment genau aussieht.
Ich dachte ich hätte ein Appartment mit Gartenterasse gebucht, habe aber eins mit Balkon bekommen.
Das ist so nicht in Ordnung!!!!
