31 Cliff Edge is a first-floor apartment housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area and a utility. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer and for entertainment there are two Smarts TVs and WiFi. There is a super-king-size bedroom served by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a balcony with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Fuel bed linen and towels are included in rent.
