On the ground floor, the house offers a large living and dining area, providing a pleasant space for socializing.

Also on this floor, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

On the top floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen ensures all the necessary conditions for preparing meals during your stay. Outside, the house features a private swimming pool and a pleasant barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate. Located in Portimão, just a few minutes from the beaches and areas with restaurants, bars, and local shops, this property offers a perfect base for exploring the best of the region. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For added convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added benefit for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.

We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12. From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
