Mimosa consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining area which seats up to four, and sitting area with Smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional parking available in a nearby car park. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mimosa is a charming holiday home with plenty of amenities for those looking to explore Devon.
