Palmento San Lorenzo is a former grape press set amid vineyards and fruit trees, within walking distance of the sandy beaches of San Lorenzo.
Located in southeastern Sicily, close to Noto, the property sits between the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the fishing village of Marzamemi.
The original stone building, a restored palmento (a traditional grape press), retains distinctive architectural features such as niches and raised areas while offering modern comfort in a relaxed, informal setting.
The interiors include three bedrooms, air conditioning in the main areas, and salvaged antique furniture restored by the owner.
The garden includes an outdoor dining area beneath a canopy, shaded seating and an outdoor pool, with natural landscaping designed to preserve the site's original character. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE Interior: The property spans one floor, measuring approximately 150 sq m.
