Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, whilst for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. There are three double bedrooms served by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is roadside parking and enclosed courtyard. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and river and please note, one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed, linen and towels are included in rent.
