This beautiful property spans three floors, featuring an inviting open-plan living space, comprising a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a homely sitting area with an open fire.

Firm Anchor is set over three floors and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for nine guests and a sitting area with TV and open fire, there is also a utility with washing machine and a first-floor snug with TV. The bedrooms consist for a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a lower-ground-floor double, a lower-ground-floor single, a single and a lower-ground-floor room with two singles, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, courtyard and balcony, all with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and additional roadside parking is available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 1.3 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Firm Anchor is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Devon. Please note, From December 2025, the lower ground floor family room will become a twin bedroom, The bunk will be removed.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views of the estuary. Comfortable rooms and really well-kept property. Lovely cosy sitting room with log burner. We would definitely stay again.
