Little Rondeval, is a well-presented annex attached to the owner’s home, set along a quiet road on the edge of Totnes, Devon.
Sporting a contemporary interior with off-road parking and a private rear garden, Little Rondeval invites both couples or families for a well-earned holiday in a bustling region of Devon. Step into the open-plan living space and make yourself at home; make yourself comfortable on the sofa or take over the kitchen to prepare your home-cooked meals when you’re not dining at a local restaurant! On a balmy evening, head out to the rear garden and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Venture upstairs to find two bedrooms, each with double beds and velux windows, served by a shower room. Head outside and wander down the hill into the Historic market town centre of Totnes, filled with an excellent range of independent shops, cafes restaurants and art galleries to sample. Visit Totnes Castle, a well-preserved Norman castle with commanding views of the town and River Dart, along with the Totnes Elizabethan House Museum where you can browse over ten thousand artefacts that tell the story of this charming, historic market town. Stroll along the idyllic River Dart or explore a wealth of outdoor activities at River Dart Country Park, including zip-lining, canoeing, high rope courses and hiking or take a day trip to Woodlands Theme park or Paignton Zoo. Enjoy treks on Dartmoor or explore the mountain biking routes or participate in one of the many watersports available in the area. Relax at the beaches at Torbay, South Milton and Salcombe which are a short drive away.
Dartmouth can’t be missed, where you can hop on board a charming ferry and take a tour of the bay for stunning views of the Devon coastline, or a trip back up to Totnes, past Greenway, the home of Agatha Christie. Annexe is a contemporary annex attached to the owner’s home, offering an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table top ironing board and iron, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. There are two double bedrooms served by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, this is a pet-friendly property but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Escape to Annexe for a wonderful base in Devon.

Lovely property, very well equipped. Great location, both for exploring lovely Totnes and for the wider area. Beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the temperature ideal. The home-baked welome cookies were a super tasty treat on arrival, thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay in the very homely and comfortable Little Rondeval. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and warm. The location was ideal for us. We have no hesitation in booking again.

Excellent, comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater. The only (very minor) suggestion is that it'd be nice if the Velux windows were cleaned. Otherwise a lovely place, with friendly hosts, thank you.
