The sunny interior provides an open-plan kitchen and living room with big windows that allow the sunshine to stream in and fill the room with natural light.
Through the doors you can access the private terrace which offers spectacular ocean views, perfect for soaking up the sun in your own paradise. The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities and is stylishly finished.
The bedroom is spacious and offers a comfortable double bed with space for 2 smaller children on a sofa bed in the living room. Shops, bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach are right on your doorstep.
Set amidst spectacular coastal scenery you can take your time to explore the stunning cliffs, undiscovered beaches, neighbouring quaint villages and the national park.
It’s just a 15-minute drive to the regional capital, Lagos, if you want a bit more action. The complex is a short walk from the supermarkt, bars, restaurants and other shops and only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful, child-friendly beach.
Great for surfing and other watersports activities like diving, snorkeling and sailing.
And near one of the many hiking trails down the cliffs. The nearby town of Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants.
It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water.
The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people.
As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing.
There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area. ## Transit You can reach Praia da Luz in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport.
By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours to get to Lagos. Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier. You can park for free in Luz. Parking in front of the apartment is not always available in summer, but there will be plenty of space in the surrounding streets. ## Notes ➤ Check-in time: 4 - 10pm After 10pm is possible but at your own risk - our support team might not be available after that hour. ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS.
