There are four spacious bedrooms, the first bedroom is located downstairs having a kingsize double bed and easy access to the ground floor shower room with walk-in shower facility, making it an ideal choice for guests wanting to avoid any stairs.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, the master kingsize double with large window enjoys panoramic sea views, also boasting an en-suite shower facility, another kingsize double and a quad bedroom having bunk beds and two single beds, a popular choice with the children.
The family bathroom is located at first floor and has a bath with a shower over.
To the rear of the house is large coastal garden with paved patio area, an outdoor dining table, deck chairs and sun loungers.
A gas barbecue is provided for guests to enjoy.

Only issue was pans still with food stuck in them, one totally burned out in bottom and should be thrown. Bowl with uncooked pasta in bottom, only two egg cups. The place and location is very good, shame that the pans and bowls were not. We washed everything before using in the end.

Been coming to Winterton for 20 years as this is definitely the most relaxed we have been after a break - that is down to the property , it’s amenities, it’s position and views plus the fact we were very lucky with the weather giving glorious sun off the sea view in the morning and into the back garden and the same late afternoon into the front garden

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was well equipped and comfortable. The beach was further away than we expected however it was a pleasant walk to it. We did think that the price for the week was expensive.
