This charming villa is located on the west coast of Istria, 8 km from the town of Rovinj, one of the most developed tourist towns in Croatia.

Das Haus ist wie abgebildet gewesen.
Sehr schön der Pool und der überdachte Freisitz mit Grill
Eine Außentoilette und Dusche vorhanden.
Alles war sehr sauber.
Die Anfahrt, nach der zivilisierten Straße folgt ein Feldweg, ca 2 km bis man das Anwesen erreicht hat.
Gut dass wir mit unserem SUV da waren und nicht mit unserem Coupe.

absolute Alleinlage & dennoch nicht weit von Rovinj und Strand entfernt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Vier Fahrräder vorhanden, Bälle für Pool & Garten, Federballspiel und Kinderschaukel. Garten & Haus sehr gepflegt und das Gelände komplett eingezäunt.Super freundliche Vermieter - wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine super Zeit & kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.
