The Bavaria holiday home is suitable for groups of up to 18 people. It is divided into three self-contained flats as follows:

Ground floor, flat Servus:
This holiday flat offers space for a maximum of 6 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two day beds. These beds can be pulled out if required to accommodate a total of 4 people. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Delicious meals can be prepared in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. All electrical appliances such as a cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster are of course available.

In the combined living and dining area, you can plan trips to the Harz Mountains together at the large dining table or watch TV together on the spacious sofa.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large floor-level shower, a WC, a washbasin and an illuminated mirror.

1st floor, flat Zefix:
This holiday accommodation has the same layout as the Servus holiday flat.
The 1st bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the 2nd bedroom there is a smaller double bed and a day bed, which can be pulled out to accommodate 2 guests if required. This bedroom also has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The Zefix also has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living-dining area and a daylight bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and illuminated mirror

Now we come to flat no. 3
The holiday flat Luja is located in the attic:
This is furnished as follows:

In the 1st bedroom there is a small double bed and a small wardrobe. In the 2nd bedroom there is a single bed and also a wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom offers space for a total of 3 people in a double bed and single bed. There is also a wardrobe in this bedroom, which offers enough storage space for your clothes.

The Luja also has a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining area. You can spend time together at the spacious corner bench, the sofa and the TV armchairs invite you to spend a cosy evening watching TV

The daylight bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin with illuminated mirror

A highlight of the holiday home is, among other things, the very nice Ludwig Thoma reading corner on the mezzanine floor of the staircase, where there is a cosy wing chair and plenty of reading material for all those who want to retreat with a good book.

On warm days, you have the opportunity to end the day in a convivial atmosphere on rustic beer tables in the courtyard.

On cooler days, you can spend time together in the Aloisius-Stüberl. This common room is located in the outbuilding on the property. The parlour is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. It has enough space for a nice evening in a large group.

You can easily park your bicycles in the lockable shed. There is a charging facility for e-bikes
