42 holiday apartments will be spread over 8 buildings with a main building with a restaurant, wellness area and children's club.
The first construction phase has been completed and so far offers 6 holiday apartments in two buildings with enclosed loggias, where you can feel at home even on rainy days if the wind is blowing in the right direction.
The apartments are furnished to a very high standard and combine Scandinavian and local classics.

The 7 flat blocks will be completed in just a few weeks.
Every day, the white sand of the building site is transformed more and more into the dune landscape of the beach resort.
At the beginning of the architectural concept, the buildings were designed to create exciting visual relationships while also creating very private spaces.

Ein sehr moderne, gut durchdachte und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung wo alles sen Platz hat. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter . Die Anlage ist zwar noch in Bauphase, haben aber von den Bauarbeiten nichts mitbekommen. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt vollstens zufrieden und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.
Eine super Anlage ( leider noch nicht ganz fertig)

Die Wohnung sieht mit ihrem scandinavischem Design einfach super aus. Die Ausstattung, Mobiliar und Technik ist auf dem neuesten Stand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut fand ich die 2. Toilette. Das Check-IN und -Out war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Ein Eierkocher würde die Kücheneinrichtung vervollkommnen

Tolles Haus/Wohnung, sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
In der Buchung auf Holidu wurde die Wohnung als Wohnung im EG angegeben, die tatsächlich gebuchte Wohnung lag lt. Buchungsbestätigung von Novasol aber im DG. Wahrscheinlich ein Fehler in der Beschreibung bei Holidu.
(Tatsächlich hatten wir dann aber eine Wohnung im EG, also letztlich alles gut.)
