A charming 4-bed villa in a fantastic location, just 2 min walk to the beach! Villa Angeles is a wonderful villa in a prime location in San Pedro, within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the Boulevard and, of course, the beach!
With 4 double bedrooms and beautifully decorated and spacious living areas, this is the perfect villa for your family’s holidays in Marbella.
Villa Angeles has just had a complete outdoor makeover boasting a fabulously large terrace and private saltwater swimming pool (with the option to heat for an additional weekly price). On the entrance level, you have the open plan living/kitchen areas that open out to the terraces and pool.
There is an outdoor dining area, a shaded BBQ area, a lounge area, and a few sunbeds around the pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the mod cons.
The living room has a super comfy couch and TV. There is also a dining table for 6. There is one double bedroom on this level, and a separate bathroom. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet and a private terrace (with sunbeds). Opposite to the Master, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a newly renovated Studio apartment with a double bed, and bunk bed, sofa, kitchenette and a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating – a perfect kid’s room! There is A/C throughout the villa, and wifi.
There is secure gated parking for 1 car. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
