Relax and unwind a few minutes’ walk from white sands and crystal blue waters of Mediterranean Sea. With a quiet terrace and shared use of tennis courts, this modern retreat for four guests is the ideal base to explore the beauty of northern Sardinia.
Quietly situated in a small resort, on the ground floor of a modern apartment building the property is surrounded by nature.
A shady terrace serves as an extension to the open plan living space where guests can enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax with a drink after a busy day. Inside, the main living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa-bed, a storage unit and a flat screen TV. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen, which is equipped with a coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Sleeping: Bedroom: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe Extra: There is a single sofa bed and a single pull-out in the living room Bathrooms: Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC Additional: • Tennis facilities • Terrace • Outside dining • Outside table & chairs • Free Wi-fi • Airconditioning • Laundry Facilities • Washing machine • Public parking • Car essential • Child friendly • Smoking prohibited Location: The property is located in Portisco on the northeast coast of Sardinia, a pretty town known for its modern marina (a 20-minute walk/3-minute drive), beautiful beaches and picturesque landscapes. In the marina, guests can charter a boat and find various restaurants, cafes and shops.
Visitors can also stroll along the waterfront to admire the yachts or simply relax and enjoy the scenic views of the harbour and surrounding coastline.
There are also many sporting activities available nearby including; surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf. For sun lovers, the local beach, Spiaggia di Portisco is an 8-minute walk and Spiaggia di Rena Bianca, one of the most popular beaches in the area, is a 6-minute drive. Known for its soft white sand and shallow turquoise waters, this is an ideal destination for swimming and snorkelling.
Capo Coda Cavallo, which is often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia" is a 45-minute drive away, here guests can explore the hidden beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba. Olbia Airport and the Port of Olbia are both approximately a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.

La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones
La cisterna no paraba de sonar, por la noche se hacía muy ruidoso.
Para 4 personas es demasiado pequeña ya que solo tiene un armario pequeño y no hay más sitios donde dejar ropa ni maletas.
La cama del salón estaba rota, aunque la anfitriona intentó solucionarlo con otra de repuesto pero no cabía dentro de la casa, intentamos hacer nosotros un apaño montando los somieres.

Appartement très bien mais il faut trouver une solution concernant le débit de l'eau (beaucoup trop faible). Une eau chaude de manière aléatoire sous la douche et surtout une puissance électrique trop insuffisante (impossible de faire fonctionner deux plaques en même temps ou 1 plaque et la climatisation ou bouilloire/ climatisation.... sans disjoncter le courant...
