Welcome to this bright and modern 3-bedroom duplex flat, set in a charming Victorian house built in the 1850s. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the space is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. - Fully equipped kitchen + washing machine, dryer & Nespresso coffee machine. - Dining & living area with an extendable table seating up to 6 guests - 3 double bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep. - Two bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bath. - Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa devices in three rooms for entertainment and convenience. Everything you need for your stay is provided from crockery and cutlery to cooking utensils and pans. The apartment is nestled in a vibrant, village-like community with plenty to explore: - Weekly farmer's markets. - Independent cafes, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. - Nearby green spaces such as Hampstead Heath, Regents Park, and London Zoo for outdoor adventures. The area is safe and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat while still being close to London’s main attractions. Getting around London is simple and convenient, with three stations just a 3-5 minute walk away: - West Hampstead Tube (Jubilee Line, Zone 2): Direct trains to Bond Street, Waterloo, London Bridge, Wembley Park, and Canary Wharf. - Overground trains to Richmond, Kew Gardens, Stratford, Clapham Junction, and Camden Market. - Thameslink services to St Pancras, Brighton, Gatwick, Luton Airport, and more. - 24-hour buses, including the 139 to Waterloo and 189 to Oxford Circus. Guest Guidelines - The apartment is on a quiet residential road: no loud music after 10pm. - No hen, stag, or similar parties allowed. - A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. The unit was newly refurbished. Neighbor was great. The Wet Fish restaurant was excellent. Easy to travel around. The only small challenge was moving our suitcases up and down the narrow staircase, thankfully, only twice total.
