Viele Räumlichkeiten, Haus in baulich gutem Zustand, Matratzen nicht zu weich, genug Handtücher , unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, toller Pool mit Liegestühlen,

Im Bad wackelige Duscharmatur, Küchenausstattung z.Teil etwas knapp (viele Pfannen dafür wenig Geschirr und Besteck), Backofen müsste grundgereinigt werden,
Katzen bevölkern nachts die Terrassen (Haustier-Abwehr -wie in Hausbeschreibung vor Ort angegeben- war nicht vorhanden)
