This villa is a modern retreat that combines comfort, rural charm, and a farm-to-table experience, offering you an unforgettable stay perfect for family gatherings or getaways with friends.
The recently restored villa is spread over two floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals and a sleeping area that can accommodate up to eight guests with air conditioning for added comfort on the ground floor. This floor also has a magnificent bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to seven people, one of them with an en-suite bathroom for greater privacy, and an additional bathroom with a spacious shower.
The true gem of this villa is revealed in its surroundings, where a field of orange trees with rescued and carefully restored native varieties extends.
Explore the rich history present in every corner, from the traditional vineyard with the Moscatel variety to the old cauldron used for scalding raisins. Delight in meals under a century-old carob tree and contribute to sustainability through cisterns that naturally collect water.

La vitrocerámica de la cocina y que para ir a la playa tienes que emplear coche, sin embargo lo compensa con una casa perfectamente equipada

Haus entspricht den Bildern.
Neu und geschmackvoll gestaltet, für größere Gruppen bestens geeignet.
Küche war bestens ausgestattet.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Haus ist im Inneren mit Kameras ausgestattet. Das wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert und hat bei uns am Abend nach der Entdeckung für heiße Diskussionen in der Gruppe gesorgt.
Herd und Ofen sind nicht am Starkstrom angeschlossen. Der Ofen kam beim Backen nicht über eine Temperatur von 140°C hinaus...

Die Finca hat eine gute Größe und ist sieht sehr gut aus. Großes Grundstück mit Obstbäumen. Stylische Gestaltung des Innenbereichs. Viele Schlafzimmer (mit teilweise sinnloser Bettenaufteilung - z.B. nur ein franz. Doppelbett im ganzen Haus).
Die funktionale Ausstattung der Finca war nicht gut, es gab keinen Grill (nur eine Feuerstelle ohne Equipment), es gab wenige Küchenutensilien (scharfe Messer, Wasserkrüge, Rotweingläser, Schneidebretter, etc.). Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren sehr billige Exemplare und viel zu klein für eine größere Gr...
