The location and easy access to all the attractions
Biscuits left as part of the welcome pack were 14 months out of date. The teapot was cracked so could be a scalding hazard if you put hot water into it. Quite a few cobwebs about. The barn got very hot, could do with air con. The garden is over grown and unkept.
