The main bedroom has a double bed (150*190) and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two beds (90*190) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90*190). There is also a second bathroom. Garage included in the price. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement. No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old. L'appartement est grand et clair, la literie est très bonne. La cuisine est agréable, même si le four et les plaques, l'électroménager, restent à moderniser. Mer à 100 m, un parking très pratique. Le calme, comme souvent dans ces immeubles, n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous.

appartement agréable, bien distribué et très bien situé.les salles de bain auraient besoin d'un rafraichissement.dans l'ensemble, nous l'avons apprécié.un gros plus, le garage!
