Cozy apartment situated in a very quiet area in Lloret del Mar, around 350m from the beach, close to restaurants, pharmacies and shops.
This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment (93m2) has a maximum capacity of 6 people. 3rd floor It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking. It consists of a living room with tv and direct access to a large terrace of 25m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine). There are also 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. No youth groups. This property is only rented to families.
Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement. The apartment is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! Additional information : Community pool - Dimensions: 14 x 6 meters. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Goed appartement. De parkeergelegenheid betreft een parkeergarage onder het complex. Er is geen airco aanwezig, maar wel ventilatoren in de slaapkamers. Hierdoor was het goed te doen met de warmte. Voorzieningen waren top: wasmachine, keukenspullen. Zwembad ook heel fijn. Rustige buurt met op loopaf...

Bien situé à 7 minutes à pied de la Plage de Fenals, mieux que celle de Lloret de Mar (plus calme, moins de monde). Très proche de supermarchés, restaurants,.. par contre l'appartement est situé dans une rue principale très très très bruyante avec beaucoup de circulation de voitures. Appartement bie...

Très bel appartement placé dans une jolie résidence. Piscine et abords en très bon état.Seul bémol un peu éloigné du centre ville (10/15 min à pied). Adrien Chapellaubeau
