Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 9 people.
Outdoor area of 800 m2 with a spacious garden and a large private swimming pool (12x4m), where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with sea views.
Garage for 2 cars.
Interior area of 400 m2 with a spacious dining room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the swimming pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms (180x200cm and 150x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm); 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (90x190cm), 1 single bedroom (90x190cm) and 3 bathrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups of young people not allowed.
This property is only for families.
Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.
In the case of groups, the deposit is 150 euros/person in cash and will be refunded one week after the departure by bank transfer.
