Many excursion destinations can be reached by passenger ferry.
Baveno train station is also only approx. 2 km away.
By train, you can reach the heart of Milan, for example, in about an hour.
It is also a privileged and quiet panoramic location with breathtaking views of the lake, the Borromean Islands, and the surrounding mountains. During the careful restoration of the listed Art Nouveau villa, the structure of the old facade was preserved or recreated.
The result: a stylish villa with modern comforts but with the charm of the original facade with beautiful paintings.

Le vue imprenable sur les îles boromees et la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins.
L absence de climatisation même s'il y a un ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre.

Die Lage der Wohnung
Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft. Wir sind abends angekommen und es kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauberkeit der Decken ist auch nicht gerade optimal.

Die Anlage und der wunderschöne Ausblick
Die Küchenausstattung und nur ein Handtuchset für eine Woche. Am Anreistag war noch nicht einmal Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Erst nach Reklamation wurde genau eine Rolle zur Verfügung gestellt.
