El lugar donde estaba el apartamento, la luminosidad, la atención de la inmobiliaria.
La cocina necesita mejoras, es pequeña y muy antigua. El espacio donde está el WC es muy pequeño, no es práctico. Entiendo la imposibilidad de mejorarlo pero se podría intentar. Por lo demás bien, sin problemas.

Charming older style walk up 2nd floor apartment. Good location. Everything you need. Quiet location, easy 5 min walk from beach.
