Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby such as a nature reserve and the local zoo (Africa Alive).Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.
With your own enclosed garden with patio and garden area.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Fresh linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee included.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep a family of up to 6 people.
Ideally situated just off the A12 for business use. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains a single bed with an additional pull out single bed, this room also has a worktop/desk working area ideal for laptop.
There is 1 bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but is possible in designated area. - There is on and off road parking available with no restrictions.
The driveway can take 2 cars - Pets are not allowed at the property except for special circumstances and security deposit.

Our stay here was perfect. We were a family of 6 visiting someone nearby. It was so easy to book, and the instructions to get into the property were very clear. The place was spotless, there is everything you need there, especially in the kitchen. Lovely little home I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! Would 100% stay here again.

We stayed one night for a family function nearby. On arrival the bungalow was lovely & warm and spotlessly clean. It was a good size for 5 of us. Plenty of hot water. Easy access with the key safe. Lovely bungalow, very clean with everything you need. Quiet location, close to facilities and short walk to the beach. Easy reach of Lowestoft & Suffolk coast
The beds were very creaky which affected quality of sleep.
