Kingsbridge, 10 miles, Salcombe, 15 miles. 19 Burgh Island Causeway is a splendid, raised ground-floor apartment by the sea. From the stunning views to the open-plan living space, this is the perfect spot for families or friends looking to explore the stunning coast and countryside of Devon.
Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a memorable retreat with your closest friends, this charming apartment provides the perfect rural setting: quietly and privately set at the far end from the leisure club.
Upon arrival, be greeted by the open-plan living area; here you will find a kitchen, dining area and inviting sitting area with plenty of seating for all. In the summer months, you can sunbathe and take your morning coffee outside to the beautiful enclosed terrace, complete with patio furniture: superb south and west views (great for sunsets). For a real treat, take advantage of the shared use of the heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna on-site, where you can complete a workout or kick back and unwind in your relaxing environment.
When the day draws to a close, choose from two elegantly-appointed bedrooms, each featuring their own en-suite facilities, perfect for freshening up or winding down and completing your routine.

19 Burgh Island Causeway, a ground-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a twin with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed terraced garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car in a reserved parking space. Within 3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available on request. 19 Burgh Island Causeway is a wonderful getaway in Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: There is no lift access to this apartment. Note: There are 28 steps from the car park down to the apartment.
Note: The Club is open from 10 am daily (except Christmas Day) and offers a selection of hot and cold food and a wide selection of beverages. Booking is advisable for the restaurant during high season and weekends.
The Leisure Club includes the indoor swimming pool and gym and is also open daily from 10 am, booking is not required. The sauna is not currently operational. Please check The Club's closing time as this may vary depending on the time of year.
Note: One allocated parking slot but additional car parking available on site. There are 28 steps from the car park down to the apartment.
Note: For the foreseeable future the Leisure Club, cafe, bar and swimming pool will be closed on a Monday due to medical reasons
