Located in the affluent area of Southernhay, this apartment is within walking distance of the best dining, shopping and entertainment the city has to offer. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it is a perfect base from which to explore or work in the city centre. Complimentary use of the well equipped gym is included when staying (6am-10pm)

Our apartment has a bright and spacious open plan living/dining area/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms. Accessed through a secure code entry only main entrance, our apartment is on the ground floor and easily accessible.
Bedroom 1: A bright and modern room which has a comfortable double bed with en-suite shower room and built in wardrobe, which offers plenty of hanging space for clothes and storage. Towels are provided.
Bedroom 2: A spacious room with lots of natural light with zip link beds, which can be configured as a king bed or two single beds. A built in wardrobe offers storage and plenty of hanging space. Towels are provided.
Main Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and WC, mirror, heated towel rail and bathroom cupboard for storing essentials.
En-suite Bathroom: A modern shower room with a wet room style shower, sink and WC, heated towel rail, mirror and bathroom cupboard for storing essentials.
Kitchen: A modern well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & toaster.

The flat is in a great location for the city centre and the theatre we were visiting. There's a big car park just down the road and it's a very short walk from a very nice shopping area.

We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it v...
