Next door is a nice spacious billiard room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extra utility room with washing machine.
The villa offers many opportunities to enjoy the sun/shade - depending on your needs.
From the 3 south-facing balconies you have a beautiful sea view.
One bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Zimmeraufteilung ist optimal, hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und der Checkin sehr unkompliziert da direkt nebenan die Ansprechpartner wohnen und auf uns gewartet haben trotz Flugverspätung.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen.

Wir waren Ende Juni 2023 dort, einfach nur schön! Danke für alles! Ein sehr schönes und gut gepflegtes Haus, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer (TV, Couch, großer Esstisch etc.), eine große Küche, einem Waschraum. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der überdachten Lounge ist sehr angenehm, um dort gemeinsam...
