Located 3 minutes by bike from the market and the shops of Bois plage en Ré, this pleasant holiday home of 110 m² on one level on its 500 m² plot comfortably accommodates 8 people.
The house is very bright, very well equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool without any vis-à-vis.
The main living/dining room opens onto a large partially shaded terrace extended by its garden and heated swimming pool.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a scullery/laundry room.
2 communicating bedrooms and a shower room and separate toilet are in the left wing of the house and the master suite with its bathroom, storage space and separate toilet are on the opposite.
The house is very bright.
The house has 2 private parking spaces inside the property and its central location allows you to carry out all your activities on foot or by bike (3 minutes from the market, 3 minutes from the beach Pas des Bœufs).
Very quiet area, but close to the centre of the village, its market and shops. The tourist office is 260 m from the house.
The surf'in Ré surf school is 1 km away.
A concierge service will welcome you on arrival and can offer you additional services (information, intermediate cleaning, bike rentals, etc.)
