The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor.
The house is situated in a traffic-calmed area with a dead-end street.
There is a barbecue area with a large terrace and garden.
Within close proximity (walking distance), you can reach in approx.: 220m the bus stop. 300m a restaurant with a beer garden. 600m the Ems side channel. 750m the Ems dike.
On the upper floor of the house, there is a quiet planning office (staffed Mon - Fri / 8 AM - 4 PM).
The vacation apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished at the end of 2023.
Plates, cups, cutlery, etc., in the kitchen are available 12 times over.
You don't need to load/unload the dishwasher daily.
Emden city center can be reached in approx. 6 km.
Here you will find the Ottohuus, Ratsdelft, lightship, museum with an armory, and much more.
The Ems barrage can be reached in approx. 3.5 km.
The ferry across the Ems to Ditzum is approx. 1.2 km away.
