Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "Clémence's Cocoon".


Recently renovated, Clémence's house will immediately charm you with its cozy decoration and small outdoor terrace allowing you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.


Accommodating up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows

- On the ground floor: a beautiful fitted kitchen open to a living/dining area with Smart TV and direct access to the terrace (possibility to use the garden furniture during sunny days).

- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds (140x200cm) with storage space + a shower room with toilet.


The accommodation is located on the heights of Caen, near the Polyclinic du Parc, 1.5 km from the SNCF train station and the banks of the Orne. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy Caen while staying in a quiet area. We do not have a private parking space, however, parking on the street is free (subject to availability).


Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee for your first morning, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our beautiful house. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more efficiently. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The house is located on a quiet street, 300m from the Fresnel and Jean Rostand establishments.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will be done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.


We strive to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon your arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected events.


A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
