On the quiet island of Giudecca, a few steps from the Zitelle stop is Ca' Viola e Tobia. It is a very stylish flat, newly restored, with special design features that make it unique.
The entrance is private and is accessed through a characteristic underpass, only two steps make the entrance easy; from the vaporetto stop you can get there in a few minutes without having to cross any bridge. THE SPACE The ample and luminous interior spaces, studied in all their potential, ensure comfort and relaxation for four people; they catch the eye and are highlighted on the walls of the living room and bedroom by two beautiful murals created by a well-known Venetian craftsman; you will find yourself absorbed in scrutinising the details suspended in a visionary reality of flying fish and seals perched on landing stages....But you will also realise, walking along the Giudecca Canal, that everything your gaze has caught corresponds to reality because it respects exactly the image you have in front of you. Venice is just so dreamily suspended in its crenellated real contours.
On entering we are greeted by a generous open space with a fully equipped kitchen wall; the space, with a double entrance, is divided from the living room by a sliding door that ensures privacy for those who might use the sofa bed. The living area has its own bathroom; the master bedroom has a second bathroom with direct access and both are equipped with shower and bidet.
Light-coloured furniture, natural-coloured flooring and exposed beams give light and volume to this very pretty flat, an ideal retreat for your holiday in Venice. DISTRICT Staying on the Giudecca Island in Venice is an excellent choice for those looking for tranquillity and originality while remaining a few minutes from the centre (5' by vaporetto from San Marco) without neglecting any services.
This picturesque corner of Venice, separated by an arm of the sea from the other part of the city called 'Zattere'. is known for its authentic and relaxed atmosphere.

Avons passé un très bon séjour.appartement propre et fonctionnel.Seul petit bémol, le fait d'inscrire sur la porte "location de vacances" car les locaux font comme si l'appartement était inoccupé.Ils s'assoient sur le perron de la porte pour discuter tard le soir.sinon rien d'autre à signaler.
